Help with the Wasika email app.

Adding an account

Tap Add your first account (or Settings, Add account), enter your email address and password, and tap Connect. Wasika finds the server settings for most providers. If it cannot, choose Enter server settings yourself and use the IMAP or POP3 and SMTP details from your email provider.

Gmail, Yahoo and iCloud

These providers need an app password, not your normal password. Create one in your account's security settings (Gmail requires 2-Step Verification first) and use it in Wasika.

Outlook and Hotmail

Microsoft no longer lets apps sign in to Outlook.com, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 mailboxes with a password, so these accounts cannot be added to Wasika at the moment.

Notifications

Allow notifications when Wasika asks. You can turn alerts off for the whole app or for each account in Settings.

Deleting your data

In Settings, Sign out of all accounts deletes every account, its saved password and everything the Wasika server keeps for your phone. See the privacy policy.
